By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. Bubble Bath Laundry & Coffee provides laundry pick-up and drop-off services within a 25km radius of Tatura, as well as self-service and café offerings.
1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to the pricing, pick-up, and delivery terms outlined on our website.

2. Pick-Up and Delivery

2.1. Pick-up and drop-off services are available:

Tatura and up to 15km radius: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with same-day drop-off.
Beyond 15km (up to 25km radius): Pick-ups on Wednesdays with same-day drop-off.

2.2. Orders must be placed by 9 PM the night before your preferred pick-up day.

2.3. Pick-up and drop-off are free within Tatura. For locations outside Tatura, a $5 delivery fee will apply and is automatically calculated based on your address.

3. Load Size and Pricing

3.1. Customers must select their load size at the time of booking:

Small Load: One level basket - $45
Medium Load: Two loads (in our laundry bag) - $55. Bag purchase required with first order for $5.
Large Load: Three loads (in our laundry bag) - $65. Bag purchase required with first order for $5.

3.2. If the actual load size exceeds the selected size, Bubble Bath Laundry & Coffee reserves the right to charge for the correct size. Customers will be notified of any additional charges before processing.

4. Payment

4.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
4.2. Any adjustments for additional charges due to incorrect load sizes must be paid before the order is returned.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Orders can be canceled or rescheduled up until 9 PM the night before your pick-up day. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days.
5.2. No refunds are available for cancellations made after the cut-off time or for missed pick-ups due to incorrect address or failure to leave the laundry ready for collection.

6. Laundry Care

6.1. Bubble Bath Laundry & Coffee takes all reasonable care when handling your laundry. However, we are not responsible for:

Damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lighters).
Pre-existing damage, stains, or discolouration.
Laundry care issues resulting from the use of our standard detergents.

6.2. Please notify us of any special care instructions when booking.

7. Liability

7.1. While we take great care in handling your laundry, Bubble Bath Laundry & Coffee's liability is limited to the value of the affected item(s) in the event of loss or damage.

8. Notifications

8.1. Customers will receive confirmation of their booking and payment via email.
8.2. Bubble Bath Laundry & Coffee will notify customers of order status updates, including any changes to load size and associated charges.

9. Amendments

9.1. Bubble Bath Laundry & Coffee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and effective immediately.
